The 2025 FKP Roadshow will be held in three cities in Papua: on Monday, 13 January 2025 (hosted by Universitas Papua, Manokwari), Wednesday, 15 January 2025 (hosted by Universitas Cenderawasi, Jayapura) and Thursday, 16 January 2025 (hosted by Universitas Musamus, Merauke). All events will be in person online (luring). Details of each event is provided below.

The series is supported by KONEKSI, a collaborative initiative in the knowledge and innovation sector that supports partnerships between Australian and Indonesian organisations for inclusive and sustainable policy and technology.
